Krimse and her colleague did my bridal hair and makeup on June 6 2026. They were supposed to arrive at 445am to start at 5 but they arrived at 515am. I was in a hotel and they needed a bar stool for my makeup but they didn't let me know this ahead of time and so when they got there they wasted almost another 20 min trying to find a bar stool at the hotel. On top of that: They had no make up brushes with them...professionals carry back ups for these things but none of that. Krimse said she left her brushes at her last appointment the night before. But how come she did not notice the brushes were missing when prepping for my appointment? Does she not clean the brushes between clients? I was supposed to be ready by 730am. We were done at 815am. I was behind schedule even though I had some buffer time built in and felt very stressed and rushed. Although my make up was done nicely, my hair was not parted in the center properly. Tikka was off centre because of hair parting mistake. Tikka and dupatta not pinned properly--they were moving and my family and friends kept having to fix it for me throughout the event. Hair was not set properly on the sides my hair was coming out on the sides...with lots of fly aways. Bobby pins were showing and the photos show the pins in my hair. My pictures are showing this messiness. I paid in full and they accepted the money without any acknowledgement of their errors or apologies. No follow up message or anything. Disappointed in the service I received and the experience on that day.

Krimse and her colleague did my event makeup and hair on June 6 2026 for my brother's wedding. I sent pictures of the updo and makeup that I was going for during consultation. I said I'd like to have LOTS of volume since my hair is soft and thin. She said she could do it, no problem. I said I needed to be ready by 10:00 am. She said she had another client in the morning in Newmarket. So I suggested that I could stay until 10:30 am max if she agreed to come at 9:00 am because I didn't want her to rush doing my makeup. She insisted that she could be at the hotel (in Mississauga) at 8:30 am sharp because she has been doing mobile makeup for 5 years and she knows what she's doing (her exact words). So I transferred the deposit, and 3 days later, she finally sent the contract. On the day, the hairstylist came 30 min late. And Krimse showed up 1 HOUR late. It was 9:30 am when she arrived (our appointment was 8:30 - 10:00 am). When they both finally arrived, they opened their bag/luggage, there was no set up, all the tools were just thrown messly in the bag and they started doing hair and makeup without washing their hands. My hair did not look at all like the pic I showed her. Her excuse was because I had a different texture of hair, but during consultation, she said no problem, she could do it. Either updo or hairdown, she said she could do it all. I was visibly upset and would like my hair to be re-done. After, it still didn't look like the pic, and there was NO VOLUME as she promised. And they used cheap products that made it look like I had white hair all over my head. And where do I start with the makeup? Krimse showed up at 9:30 am. She opened the luggage, didn't wash her hands and started applying makeup on me. I noticed that the brush she used on me smelled and my face was itchy. The make up was done so rushed that she barely did anything. The fake lashes came off halfway through the event. And my face looked paler than the rest of my skin. She filled in my eyebrows for less than a minute and they were uneven. I asked her to wipe them off and had to fix them myself. I had to go to the bathroom multiple times to fix the makeup she did. They stayed and waited while I was fixing the makeup in the bathroom (again). Apparently they were waiting to be paid and reminded my husband not to forget to pay (seriously?!). They finally left at 11 am! I just smiled and say thank you at the end, not because I was satisfied but because I needed them to leave, for I was VERY late! It was stressful and frustrating. From this experience, it's clear to me that Krimse doesn't respect clients' time and did such a sloppy job chasing $$$. What a waste of almost 300$ for this unprofessional, sloppy service. Please save your hard earned money and frustration and take your business somewhere else.
